FEMALE WEIGHT LIFTING
The ladies will be competing in a Females only SBD (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) competition. Winner based on strength per Kilo of bodyweight.
MALE WEIGHT LIFTING
The Lads will be competing in a Males only SBD (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) Competition. Winner based on strength per Kilo of bodyweight.
CHESS OPEN
The ultimate mental test for both men and woman. You will compete in an Open chess tournament to determine who has the most mental precision.
